Making contact is the first step.  I’d be happy to answer any questions you have about counseling, and to make an initial appointment with you.  Please feel free to call, or email me, when you are ready.  I typically return calls and/or emails within 24 hours.

For your added privacy, please do not include sensitive information in your email.  We can discuss your reason for contacting me, in detail, over the phone.
